You’re doing brilliantly! Are you keeping track of stuff like measurements/ body fat percentage too. Even if you don’t lost weight over a week-two week-month, you’re still maintaining and improving fitness in that time

Totally am although my scales aren’t great with the body fat – I can lose 10% overnight lol!
Measurements need to be updated actually, I’ve lost 10lbs since I last did it.
