One of the first tasks I asked my Happiness people to complete was to set their own personal commandments. Guiding principles to live by through life and things to remain true to. It was actually surprisingly tough to think of these, what things do I really want to live by.
So my guiding principles…
Consider what you are doing and for who carefully – do the two balance?
Make it visual – If you see your resolutions you’ll remember them!
Remember that EVERYDAY counts – small actions every day add up.
Be Honest With Yourself.
Plan Plan Plan Plan Plan.
Action not words equals change.
You can only try your best so make sure you do.
Remain Calm.
You’ll rarely regret doing something.
