You can follow my Happiness Resolutions here, and discover my Rules of Adulthood and Personal Commandments by clicking the links.

It’s true what they say, Happiness is vital and under valued. Everyone could do with a little more and I’m hoping I can help others while helping myself get happy too. The blogging community really is powerful and uplifting, lets make our lives as happy too.

The Happiness Project is a monthly project, I’ll ask for you to do two posts a month, one at the beginning, one at the end, and link up with my posts on each month. Of course you can do more and I’ll be posting every week too with ideas and my thoughts on how the month is going for me.

Show your interest by signing up here and you’ll get updates near the beginning of the program, officially it’ll start January 2012! You can unsubscribe easily at anytime, it’s really easy if you don’t want to join in.

I’ll be basing the project on the wonderful book by Gretchen Ruben The Happiness Project, I urge you to buy it and read along with the Happiness Online group but its not essential, I just think you’ll have a better and deeper experience with it. You can pick up the Happiness Project on Amazon and other online book retailers (I would imagine, if you want to go old school, you could get it in shops too), and it comes in paperback and hardback, so whatever floats your boat you’ll find it. Think of Happiness Online as an online book club, whether you have the book or not, putting practical happiness in all our lives.

You up for it? Ready to be happy in 2012?
