I can’t believe how quickly this is going, there is only two weeks to step it up! I hope all the challengers are doing well with their individual goals.
So first of all every week we recap our goals so here I go…
Weigh Less at the end of the Challenge
This is totally back on track, I’m back down where I should be by this weeks weigh in just one lb away from my lowest ever weight. I’m quite pleased with that and it’s driving me forward, I hope to be in the 220’s by the end of the challenge.

Ride my bike 16 times before the end of the challenge & Complete 4 weeks of the C25K, Complete Stage 2 of the New Rules Of Lifting For Women.
Ok, I made a little progress with this one this week but my schedule has been insane this week and I made it to the gym once. It was an amazing workout where I managed to run, bike and lift but I have 7 more workouts of the NROLFW stage two, 6 more runs and a lot more cycles in order to meet these goals. I think I need to put some work in to these ones!
Learn 8 new recipes and blog them
My version of Paleo Pancakes. Totally Nom and really filling. Plus Bacon. Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaacon.
So I’m ok with how I’m doing, there is work to be done but if I get them right and push on I should be able to make a good dent in them all in the next 2 weeks.
The last bit is the challenge this week…Make a fitness routine based on your favourite tv show. I managed to burn just over 100 calories doing mine! Give it a go
