First Week Back on Plan So Far

So far this week I’ve had a great week. 2 little slips but well inside my calorie count for the week, and I’ve been rocking the gym up down and sideways :) . I need to change the settings on my eating plan to allow me  to be considered “active”, I am working out pretty hard now so I am under eating and that gets me to stallsville. I don’t need to net 1200 calories to keep losing but I need to net way more than I am. Here’s my breakdown so far from MFP, sadly it’s cut off Sunday which was an awesome day. I’ve netted just over 600 calories today which isn’t great at all, I even added a few things to my ‘prescribed’ diet.

PhotobucketSo the working out is going well. I’ve started again with the New Rules of Lifting For Women, it’s amazing and really changing how I view my exercise regime. Today I did:

X Biking Class: 1 hour – 401 calories 

Gym Session:

15 x 12.5kg Dead Lifts x 2 (60 sec break)

2x Alternating Sets of
15x 6kg Dumbell Press
15x 15kg Wide Grip Lat Pull Down

60 Second Break

2x Alternating Sets of
15x 6kg Dumbell Lunges (15 per leg)
8x Swiss Ball Crunches

Elliptical – 10 minutes

Plank – 3x 10 seconds
15 x Push Ups

Workout Calorie Count: 513 Calories. 

So food this week has been really tasty too, you can click through to my MFP diary if you want to have a look at it, things like Sweet and Sour Chicken (which was super super tasty), Spaghetti and Meatballs and Jacket Potatoes.

I’m feeling really positive right now, I seem to have got my mojo back and I am LOVING being back in the Gym. I’m going to write a bit about lifting at the end of the month as part of the theme Thursday posts but it’s totally changed how I think about exercise and how I work out.

PhotobucketHopefully I’ll see some results on the scale on Saturday, I’m not officially going to log the weigh in unless I’m below my lowest weight (244.2) but we’ll see how it goes, I’ll let ya’ll know who are on my Weight Wars facebook page on Saturday and twitter too I expect but you’ll have to wait on here till Sunday.

So heres to feeling really positive and to working out making me super happy. Do you know, it’s only 3.5 months till Christmas, Just over that and 2011 will be done, I go on holiday in 5 months. I want to look GOOD so this positivity and lifestyle HAS to continue.
