Motivation for the weekend!

Well when this posts I’ll be getting my beauty sleep in preparation for the awesome day ahead of me celebrating my lovely cousins wedding I just wanted to inspire you for the weekend and me as I’m weighing in this morning and I don’t think I’m going to see a change. I’ve been bloated, sickky and generally grumpy all week which can only mean one thing. I don’t have a cycle as such (implant) but I do get all the symptoms of it. Excuses out the way I just want to pre empt what will probably be my first weigh in on Just Slim that doesn’t see a positive (or negative I guess) result. ¬†Enough waffling, you’ll find out tomorrow on here or if you are friends with me on twitter or facebook then you’ll find out today!   1. Love the second picture – one of Michael Pollan’s rules for eating is to avoid anything your grandparents wouldn’t recognize as food. Great advice!
