Week Eight {February 21, 2011}

What have you done this past week to help you achieve your goals?

I’ve been eating loads more than usual. I realised I was massively under eating which meant I couldn’t effectively lose weight so I upped my intake and still managed to maintain my weight. So this week I’m going to plan better, stay on plan day by day and make sure Saturday is positive.

Pretty much everywhere this past week experienced some mild weather – did this change have any effect on you?

*waves* not in the UK! It’s rained none stop here on the South West Coast of England. It’s difficult to persuade yourself to go out to the gym and do things in this weather, I just want to loll around in bed! Cold and wet is not really my thing.

Walk us through your ideal workout.

I love any work out to be honest. It’s the only time I get properly to myself. I listen to MY music, MY favs and do what I want. I love Cardio, love seeing that Calories burnt number going up up up! The new place we are joining has X Bikes which looks interesting, will give it a go.  I love to do exercise outside, riding bikes, walking, running around with Charlie.

What happened in the last week that you have to brag about?

I started to feel good about myself. It’s a MASSIVE step forward for me, I’ve not been able to look in the mirror and be happy for a long long time and this week it’s really started to click that I am not hideous.

Fun Question of the Week: Spring Fever has hit the stores… what’s your favourite thing to shop for in the Spring?

I love looking for a new wardrobe in the spring, tea dresses and pretty things are everywhere! Little shoes and sandals and this year I will be preparing for my 2012 winter sun holiday too snapping up all the holiday bargains around in spring and summer :)
